Bad Habit

I have very bad habit. My time is totally different from normal people. How bad u may ask? This bad:

I wake up at 10-11am, I don't eat breakfast or lunch. I only take my 1st meal of the day at 3-4pm and this was forcefully taken becoz I never feel hungry at all b4 the sunset :p

My stomach will only started to grumble at 8-9pm, the time I hv my dinner. And I couldn't go to sleep with an empty or half full stomach. It must be very full or else I'll toss n turn in bed.

I sleep at earliest 3am or normally 4-5am. Sometimes I don't sleep at all :p

How much worst cld it be? Googled abt it n found out I'm actually having a Delayed sleep-phase syndrome (DSPS).
