Spinach Rice




Ingredients:
300g Spinach (steamed & Pureed)
1 bombay onions (roughly chopped)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
3tbsp milk (can use fresh milk/evaporated milk/UHT Milk)
5 Cups Cooked Rice
2tbsp butter
2 eggs
pinch of salt & pepper to taste

How-tos:

Heat butter in wok and fragrant garlic & onions. Put in rice and fried for a while, then add in pureed spinach & milk. Fried till the mixture is evenly till you see no white & rice absorb the liquid. Add in beaten eggs, quickly toss the rice so that the eggs will be evenly stick to the rice. Lastly, add salt & pepper to taste.
