Ing A:
15g Rock sugar
30g Red Onion
20g Garlic
Ing B:
1/2 tbsp Ajimix @ Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Light soya sauce
2 tbsp Black soya sauce
3 tbsp char siew sauce
Ing C :
20g Olive Oil
13pcs Chicken wings ( Marinate wit <Ing B> , at least half an hr )
30g chinese cooking wine
Garnish with cucumber & parsley
1. Put Ing.A into TM bowl ( time: 3 sec, TURBO )
2. Add Olive oil to saute ( 2mins, V , speed 2 )
3. Add Chicken wings & chinese wine to saute ( 15mins, V, Speed 1, Reverse )
4. take out the chicken wings, put in some starch water to dry the water abit ( own opinion )
5. serve hot ^^
